New COVID-19 updates and based on the Oregon Health Authority, ODE and ADA Guidelines

Let’s try to keep everyone healthy! If your child is experiencing a sore throat, lethargy, fever, has gastrointestinal issues, or stayed home from school, please keep them home to recover.
If your child tests Positive for COVID-19
ODE and OHA recommends that students who test positive for COVID-19 should isolate for at least 5 days after their symptoms started. If they test negative for COVID-19; but have cold symptoms, please wait 24 hours after any fever has resolved without the use of fever-reducing medicine and other symptoms are improving.
- If your child tests positive for COVID-19 in school or home, please wait for 5 days before returning to tutoring.
- Please wear a mask to tutoring on the 6-10th day after a positive COVID-19 test.
- If a family member tests positive for COVID-19, you may attend tutoring but please wear a mask during the 10-day period from the start of COVID-19.
- If a child tests negative for COVID-19, they may return 24-hours after resolution of cough and fever without the use of fever-reducing medicine.
UPDATE: Portland, Oregon Public Schools and Private Schools are mask-optional when COVID-19 is not present. September 5, 2023
